EDREST (Entrepreneurship Development and Resources Support Trust) started its work in the area of education and community development in the year 2004. Formally EDREST got registered on 20th February 2006, under the Bombay Public Trust Act, 1950. It is also registered under 12A of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and has 80G tax exemption certificates.
EDREST Trustees and Advisors are passionate industry and development professional, having years of evolved experience of leading large Corporates CSR vision, working with national and international NGO’s and UN Organisations. The management team of EDREST is highly qualified with combination of business and development experience. The team has worked with corporates and NGOs across India, on various social development assignments, in the capacity of project implementation, management, assessment and at advisory level.
To fulfil the Trust core objectives, EDREST would generate funds, through its CSR consultancy services, training programs and events. EDREST would also raise funds through donations from individuals, companies, national and international agencies and civil societies for specific programs or to build its corpus fund.
EDREST has devised its own specialized tools, processes and systems which could be customised as per the projects requirement, to make the project more cost efficient, impactful and sustainable.
